FPL GW7 Differentials: 5 Picks Under 10% Owned
15 October 2026
FPL Demon

Your mini-league rivals own the same template as you. That's how you stay level. This is how you climb: five players under 10% owned, all with a good GW7 fixture and the numbers to back them. Two of them cost less than £5.5m, and one is owned by just 1% of managers.
1. Luka Vušković (Brighton, DEF, £5.1m)

Crystal Palace (H). Owned by 4.7%. Projected 4.9 points.
He has 40 points already, with four clean sheets, a goal and 58 defensive contributions, which means he's banking points even when Brighton concede. He's in form, and he costs £5.1m.
Palace at home is Brighton's easiest game of their next three. The Demon gives them a 35% chance of a clean sheet. Just know what's coming after: Liverpool away, then Man City away.
Demon's Verdict: A one-week punt with real upside. Buy him for Palace, then think again.
2. Jan Paul van Hecke (Spurs, DEF, £4.9m)
Coventry (H). Owned by 6.4%. Projected 5.0 points.
The best budget defender on this list. Every minute of every game, 54 defensive contributions and a goal already, and he's under £5m.
Coventry at home gives Spurs a 38% clean-sheet chance, and Palace at home follows in GW9. He's the only player in this piece the Demon projects higher than Vušković this week.
Demon's Verdict: Cheap, nailed and set up for two good home games. The easiest differential to fit in.
3. Matheus Nunes (Man City, DEF, £5.9m)
Ipswich (H). Owned by just 1%. Projected 4.8 points.
The true differential. Ninety-nine in every hundred managers don't own him, and City have the best clean-sheet odds of any team in this piece: 43% at home to Ipswich.
The risk is minutes. He's only started three of City's six games. The Demon has him starting on Saturday, but Maresca has been rotating his full-backs.
Demon's Verdict: The highest ceiling in this piece for your mini-league, if he starts. Check the team news first.
4. Josh King (Fulham, MID, £5.6m)

Hull City (H). Owned by 4.7%. Projected 4.4 points.
Two goals so far, and the chances say there should be more: 2.28 expected goal involvements, the most of any midfielder in this piece. His form has cooled, which is exactly why he's still under 5% owned.
And the fixtures are kind: Hull at home, then Coventry away. The catch is that the Demon expects about 77 minutes, not the full 90.
Demon's Verdict: A two-week differential for £5.6m. Back the underlying numbers.
5. Matheus Cunha (Man Utd, MID, £7.9m)
Leeds (A). Owned by 6.5%. Projected 4.5 points.
In top form. 36 points, a goal, three assists, two hauls and seven bonus points, and he's started every game.
Leeds away isn't a gift, but Cunha has been delivering in every kind of game. He's the most expensive pick here, and the one most likely to haul.
Demon's Verdict: The form differential. At 6.5% owned, one big Cunha week changes your mini-league.
Conclusion
Van Hecke is the easy one: cheap, nailed and two good home games. Vušković is the one-week punt for Palace. If you really need to make up ground, Matheus Nunes at 1% owned is the boldest move here, as long as he's in the team.
