Overview
FPL Demon is a tactical intelligence product for Fantasy Premier League managers. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your choices.
We keep data collection focused on running the product. We are not building advertising profiles and we do not sell personal information.
Information we collect
If you create an account, we may collect your email address, display name, account ID, email verification status, subscription status, support messages, product usage events, and saved preferences such as theme or local tool state.
If you use paid features, Stripe may collect billing name, payment method details, billing address, tax information where required, invoice details, and payment status. FPL Demon receives subscription and customer identifiers from Stripe, but not your full card details.
How we use information
We use account information to create and secure your account, verify your email, keep you signed in, restore your profile, and show the right free or Pro access.
We use product usage information to operate limits, improve tools, debug problems, prevent abuse, and understand which parts of the product are useful.
We use billing information received from Stripe to activate Demon Pro, manage subscription status, handle failed payments, provide invoice access, and support cancellation or billing questions.
Authentication (Supabase)
Account sign-up, sign-in, and email verification are handled through Supabase Auth.
Supabase processes the account credentials and verification data needed to operate your login session.
Payments (Stripe)
Demon Pro checkout, billing, invoices, and subscription management are handled by Stripe.
FPL Demon does not store your card details. Stripe processes payment information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Stripe sends FPL Demon subscription events such as checkout completion, active subscriptions, cancellations, and failed payments so we can update your access.
Live chat (Tawk.to)
We use Tawk.to for live chat and support on pricing and related support surfaces.
Chat messages and basic visitor or session data may be processed by Tawk.to to operate the chat widget.
We have disabled IP tracking where supported, but you should assume chat data is handled by Tawk.to when you use live support.
Analytics
We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics service, to understand aggregate usage, for example which pages are visited and rough traffic patterns.
Umami does not use third-party advertising trackers. We do not use analytics to build individual marketing profiles.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers needed to run FPL Demon: Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for payments and billing, Tawk.to for live chat support, Vercel for hosting, and Umami for privacy-focused analytics.
These providers process data for the purposes described in this policy. We do not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
How information is disclosed
Information is disclosed to service providers through secure product integrations, API calls, webhooks, browser scripts, and hosting infrastructure needed to operate the website.
For example, Stripe sends secure webhook events to FPL Demon when a checkout or subscription changes, and Supabase processes authentication requests when you sign in.
Security practices
We use HTTPS, managed authentication, environment-based secrets, server-side webhook verification, and role-restricted service keys to help protect account and billing data.
Payment card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by FPL Demon. Access to operational systems is limited to what is needed to run and support the product.
No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we use established providers and reasonable safeguards to reduce risk.
Cookies & local storage
We use cookies and browser storage where needed for sign-in, theme preference, local caching, and basic product function.
Analytics may set lightweight cookies consistent with Umami's privacy-oriented defaults.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal data.
We do not run aggressive cross-site tracking for ads.
We do not collect sensitive categories of personal data beyond what you choose to provide for an account, support request, or payment.
Retention
We retain account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward if you delete it, subject to operational and legal requirements.
Billing records may be retained for accounting, tax, dispute, and legal compliance reasons.
Your choices
You can sign out at any time. To change or remove account information, email hello@fpldemon.com.
You can use browser controls to limit cookies; some features may not work without essential cookies.
You can manage Demon Pro billing, payment methods, invoices, and cancellation through the Stripe billing portal when available from your profile.
