Schade's 15 Points Were the Best of the Day. Two Others Matched Him.

Schade hauled 15. Bournemouth's front two matched him between them anyway. Four goals crammed into 22 first-half-into-second-half minutes, then absolutely nothing for the rest of the game. This is the highest individual score of the whole Saturday slate, and it came from a player nobody was talking about at the weekend. In this guide: the goal blitz, the numbers behind it, and why neither defence deserves your trust yet.

Four goals in 22 minutes, then absolutely nothing
Schade headed Brentford in front in the 34th off Yarmoliuk's cross. Kluivert levelled it four minutes later with a goal of his own making. Tavernier put Bournemouth ahead early in the second half, teed up by Evanilson, before Schade completed his brace in the 56th to make it 2-2. Then silence for 68 straight minutes. All the noise, none of the follow-through.
Schade's 15 points is the standout of the day: two goals, three bonus, an 8.7 match rating — the best of any attacker across the whole Saturday round. His expected points for the match were 4.3. He tripled it and then some.

Evanilson's assist and five points came from 4.06 expected points without a goal of his own — the involvement was real even without the headline number. Brentford's back four offered nothing beyond appearance points. A defence that ships two at home to a mid-table side is not one to trust blind.
Bournemouth had more of the ball and more of the box
Bournemouth had 20 shots to Brentford's 8 and still only drew. Four big chances missed is the number that jumps out — this was there to be won comfortably, and Brentford's two clinical strikes from their own scraps did the damage instead. Wasteful in front of goal, generous everywhere else.
1.65 xG on target for Bournemouth: the finishing let them down
Brentford's 0.22 xG on target against Bournemouth's 1.65 says it all: Schade scored from two of the very few good positions his side had, while Bournemouth peppered Kelleher's goal and got nothing to show for it. That's not sustainable for Brentford going forward, and it points to a bounce-back week for Bournemouth's front three, not a slump.
Kelleher's eight saves mattered more than the scoreline shows
Eight saves from Kelleher kept this from turning into a rout. Three points look modest against that workload, but the defenders in front of him gave him nothing to work with. If Bournemouth's underlying numbers repeat, Kelleher's save count, not his clean-sheet odds, is what keeps him relevant for your squad.

Tavernier actually projects higher than Schade for GW5, despite this week's scoreline going the other way, because Bournemouth's underlying attacking numbers were stronger than the result shows. Schade at home to Chelsea is still a fair hold on the back of a double, but don't expect a straight repeat against a sharper back line.
