In this guide: Porro takes nine points, Jair Cunha banks eight and Aina misses out on a clean sheet by two FPL minutes. Forest 0-0 Spurs left attacking owners empty-handed. Both starting XIs' expected and actual points are below, with the defensive picks and selection worries to weigh up for GW4.

A goalless draw can do a perfectly good job for your FPL side. Porro collected the clean sheet and all three bonus for nine points. Van Hecke took two bonus, Van de Ven one, and Kinsky had a six-pointer in goal. For owners who kept faith with the Spurs defence, the rewards were spread across the back line.
Forest's biggest defensive return belonged to Jair Cunha. His eight points included two for defensive contribution, while Milenkovic reached seven through the same extra reward despite a booking. You did not need a goal or an assist to make the difference. Aina owners had the miserable exception: his substitution came before sixty FPL minutes, so none of the clean-sheet points were his.

Spurs got into the box. The shots went elsewhere.
Spurs had three times as many touches in Forest's box and ten corners. They also missed both of their big chances and failed to put a shot on target. Forest's defence got the clean sheet, but the 1.57 xG conceded shows there were chances to survive. A six-pointer for Sels does not mean the opposition never got near his goal.
Most of Spurs' xG came from set plays: 1.07, against 0.50 from open play. Van de Ven alone recorded 0.85 xG. That matters when judging the attackers. The team total looks respectable, but much of the best shooting threat belonged to a centre-back rather than the forwards you might be considering for Everton.

Aina made way for Daniel Munoz in the 59th minute, with 58 recorded for FPL. Udogie came off in the 61st and reached sixty. One missed the clean sheet; the other kept it, although a booking reduced Udogie's total to five. Those two substitutions show why minutes matter even when you correctly back a team to keep the opposition out.
Porro and Van Hecke both completed the match. That is useful for this week's comparison, without settling every future team selection. Murillo was replaced late on in a change marked as injury-related, so Forest owners should wait for an update before locking in their next XI. His clean-sheet points were already secured here.
The forwards still have questions to answer
Marmoush started for Spurs, played 83 FPL minutes and recorded 0.35 xG. Solanke had only six minutes off the bench. Savio started but came off after sixty; Kudus was a substitute. If you are shopping in this attack, the selection and playing time need checking before the fixture makes the decision for you.
For Forest, Delap started ahead of Wood and Igor Jesus but had only 0.04 xG in 73 minutes. Gibbs-White's 0.30 xG was a larger share of their threat, though his three points still left owners without an attacking return. At £7.9m, he needs to justify a meaningful slice of your midfield budget. Villa away is a reason to compare alternatives, not to take a hit blindly.
GW4: the next clean sheet is a different decision

Van Hecke leads Porro on GW4 expected points and costs less. Check their likely minutes and attacking numbers before buying. Spurs have Everton and Villa at home next, followed by Manchester United away. Assess both home fixtures before spending the transfer.
Forest follow Villa away with Coventry at home, then Palace away. Jair Cunha can make sense as a £4.5m defender you rotate, but buying him and demanding another eight at Villa Park is a different proposition. Use the planner to see who covers that away game.
